This purchase offer of $_______ will be paid in full at the time of closing, unless otherwise discussed. We will pay the cost of completing the transaction including any outstanding property taxes within reason*.
This offer is contingent upon the following terms:
Buyer’s confirmation of parcel size and other due diligence.
Said property is to be sold free and clear of all encumbrances, with good and marketable title and with full possession to said property available to Buyer at date of closing.
Every effort will be made to close this transaction by (a month from seller's acceptance of letter), or sooner, unless such other time is agreed upon.
This offer shall remain open until one (1) month from sending and if not accepted by then, the offer shall be rescinded, unless otherwise discussed.

*The back tax amounts will be reviewed and approved in writing by Greenlight Realty Group, LLC, (GRG). and submitted to JK Closing Attorneys. PLLC to handle the closing. If back tax amounts are not approved by GRG, this transaction shall be cancelled.
